Closure Lining Machines

The following models are available to insert liners into plastic closures. Some models also assemble Child-Resistant Closures (CRC) in addition to inserting liners into the inner cap.
  • Model #TDM: Standard closure lining machine.
  • Model #TDMLG: Standard closure lining machine, larger machine for larger cap sizes or higher production rates for smaller cap sizes.
  • Model #TDMDR: Child-Resistant (CRC) 2-piece closure assembly and lining machine.
  • Model #TDMDRLG: Child-Resistant (CRC) 2-piece closure assembly and lining machine, larger machine for larger cap sizes or higher production rates for smaller cap sizes.
Closure Lining Machine

New to Our Line:

  • Model #SCMLA: Smaller cap lining and/or assembly machine for small production runs or samples. It features a reduced footprint size and cost.
Rebuild Johnson Machine
White-Brook, Inc. also rebuilds Johnson lining machines. Rebuilding a Johnson machine can provide a less expensive option when requirements call for a lower production machine. The production capacity of a rebuilt Johnson machine is up to 220 caps/minute.
  • Model #126 Johnson Lining Machine Rebuild: Standard closure and/or Child-Resistant (CRC) 2-piece closure lining machine, for caps up to 38mm.
  • Model #130 Johnson Lining Machine Rebuild: Standard closure and/or Child-Resistant (CRC) 2-piece closure lining machine, for caps up to 70mm.
